All payments are securely processed through our payment gateway. TORUN does not directly collect or store complete credit card or debit card information.
2. Payment Authorization
Payment must be successfully completed and authorized before an order is processed or shipped.
If a payment is declined, reversed, cancelled, or placed under review by the payment gateway or card issuer, the order may be delayed or cancelled until the payment has been successfully verified.
3. Currency
Orders are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
If your card or bank account uses a different currency, your card issuer or financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees.
TORUN is not responsible for currency conversion charges or fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
4. Order Verification

TORUN does not control the internal approval or fraud detection decisions of the payment gateway or card issuer.

TORUN takes reasonable measures to protect customer payment information.
Payment card information is processed through our authorized payment gateway. TORUN does not intentionally store complete card numbers, security codes, or other sensitive card authentication information on our own systems.
Customers should ensure that the payment information provided during checkout is accurate and belongs to the authorized cardholder.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, card issuer, bank, or financial institution.
TORUN cannot guarantee the exact time required for a financial institution to complete a refund.
