Payment Policy

Thank you for shopping with TORUN. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Accepted Payment Method

TORUN accepts PayPal as the only payment method.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal. We do not collect or store your credit card or debit card information.

2. Payment Authorization

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or shipped.

If PayPal declines, reverses, or flags a transaction for review, your order may be delayed or cancelled until payment has been successfully verified.

3. Currency

Orders are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees. TORUN is not responsible for currency conversion charges imposed by PayPal or your financial institution.

4. Order Verification

To protect both our customers and our business from fraud, TORUN reserves the right to verify payment information before shipping an order.

We may request additional information if:

  • The billing information cannot be verified.

  • The transaction is identified as high-risk.

  • The shipping address differs significantly from the PayPal registered address.

  • PayPal requests additional verification.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in order cancellation and a full refund through PayPal.

5. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, inventory updates, or when additional payment verification is required.

6. Shipping

All products are shipped from China/Bangladesh.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, and local postal services may affect delivery schedules.

7. Taxes and Import Duties

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

TORUN has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy if they wish to return an eligible item.

9. Fraud Prevention

TORUN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of:

  • Unauthorized payment.

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Abuse of promotions.

  • False information.

  • Violation of applicable laws.

Any refund for cancelled orders will be issued through the original PayPal payment.

10. PayPal Buyer Protection

Eligible purchases may be covered under PayPal Buyer Protection in accordance with PayPal's Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under PayPal Buyer Protection or applicable consumer protection laws.
